This is a fun dessert set! White and purple striped ironstone. 13 pieces include a cake plate (9 inches), 4 dessert plates (7 inches) and 4 cups and saucers. The purple stripes in some cases are smudged (must have been done in the firing because the smudging is under the glaze). Scalloped edges with gold trim. The gold is worn. The purple paint is worn toward the middle of the plates. No factory or decoraters marks. |
