Here are a pair of very pretty Pickard plates, with flowering tree and butterfly design. The mark specifies these as Hand Decorated, which usually means a decal is layed down, and some parts of it are handpainted for accent. Gold trim around the rims. NO chips no cracks no crazing no staining. One plate has a two inch scratch which scores across a part of the tree trunk. Creamy ivory background with pale yellow and tan flowers, with red flower centers. Mark is gold lion with banner "Pickard China Made in U.S.A. Hand Decorated". Plates are 10 3/8 inches.
